I've been thinking about it for a while. My hunt for paid media-related work (I'm mad, I know) has been unsuccessful so far, so I thought, "Why not go off in a completely different direction?"

So I have. And about half an hour ago, I submitted the first stage of my Camp America application.

There's a possibility that this summer will feature: running around like Mini Lohan in the Parent Trap; listening to American kiddies, their mouths full of braces, squawk on about "colour war" whatever that is; smores; working my backside off in the great outdoors; sharing a log cabin with 10 other people and some mice too; paddling in a lake; camp fires and rubbish songs - I am so excited at the very idea of it all.

Watch out Hamburger-a-go-go Land*, I'm on my way!
